Shipping & Returns

Vayne wants everyone to be completely and utterly in love with their purchase(s). So if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, that's okay because we offer exchanges and credit notes on your orders!


In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1.  Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel
2.  Be received in its original resellable condition - unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note or an exchange. Vayne reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.
3.  Must be a full-priced item
4.  Return parcels must include the original invoice that is sent via email (please print out).


All our orders are receive invoice emails. Please print this form out and include any details if possible and include it in your returns parcel. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded or added onto your credit note/exchange. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a credit note or exchange.

All our returns our processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the garment, they will then contact you via email to provide you with your credit note or exchange. Please note that the credit note can only be used on our online store. We do not offer holds for exchanges and exchanges are subject to availability. If your exchange item is not available, you will automatically be issued with a credit note.
